Online therapy is a convenient, accessible way to get the help you need from the comfort of your own space. We’ll meet via a secure video platform where you’ll be able to talk to me just like you would in an office setting. All you need is a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device with a camera. It’s flexible and works well for people with busy schedules or those who feel more comfortable at home.

I am in network with Cigna and Aetna. If you're using insurance, you may have a co-payment or co-insurance fee, which is due at the time of your session. If your deductible hasn’t been met yet, you’ll be responsible for the full session fee until it is.
My standard fee for a 45-60 minute session is $120.
If I do not currently accept your insurance, payment for the full fee will be your responsibility. Payment is due at the time of the session.
I have select reduced fee spots available for clients with financial concerns. If this is you, please inquire during our consultation.

I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor providing services under the direct supervision of Abby Claeys, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), License Number 2013022307. All professional counselors are provisionally licensed for a period of at least two years following degree completion.
As a PLPC, I am certified by the Missouri State Board of Professional Counselors to provide counseling services and maintain the same scope of practice as an LPC, including, but not limited to, counseling, counseling interventions, appraisal and assessment, consulting, and referral.
As a PLPC, I have met all requirements of the State of Missouri, including obtaining a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from a CACREP accredited university, successfully passing the National Counselor Examination (NCE) as administered by National Board for Certified Counselors, and completing all internships.
In order to ensure the highest quality care, my supervisor will meet with me on a regular basis, review and maintain all documentation regarding your sessions, and may observe your sessions (with your consent). My supervisor will continue to maintain this relationship with me until such time that I meet the minimum number of required supervised hours for becoming an LPC.

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask you about your history, what brings you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. This is your time to share anything that feels important, but there’s no pressure to dive deep right away. We’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable to you, and together, we’ll create a plan for how therapy can best support your goals.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer to this. Some people find a few months of therapy helpful for specific issues, while others may want to engage in a longer process for deeper work. We’ll regularly check in on your progress and goals, and I’ll be here to support you as long as you find therapy useful.

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a document that outlines the estimated cost of therapy services over time. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive this estimate before we begin our work together. It helps you understand what you can expect in terms of financial investment so there are no surprises down the road. If you’d like more details or need help understanding the GFE, feel free to ask!
